Please note property is non smoking on interior, but your FABULOUS apartment has a quaint deck overlooking the Hollywood Hills and it's ok to smoke outside! Housekeeping is available at an additional fee of $85 / visit. We have great contacts for anything you need to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible... masseurs, chefs, hair stylists, drivers/towncars and more!

VAT (14%) applies to daily and weekly rentals, and exit housekeeping ($100) applies on all stays. Doggies welcome! For monthly rentals there is a $150 utility charge / person.....! Thank you. ;-)
