Luxurious 2,200 sqft Santa Monica home available 8 days this Summer... July 29th-August 8th. 11 blocks & a quick walk to the beach. This Condo is truly magnificent and convenient to all that Santa Monica has to offer. It's a great place to gather with friends and family as it has a very open floor plan with no common walls.

*** I've written a lot of detailed info below, but the basics are: IT'S A BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE WITH:3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 4 balcony's, highend/frontloading washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen, 2 fireplaces, wireless capability, & is a gated community with call box, parking, elevator, along with LOTS OF SPACE AND PRIVACY***

The complete remodeling and restoration was finished only three years ago & carpets replaced this month. It features a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, white marble floors, and stainless steel appliances to include fridge-water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, wine fridge and gas range.

The Kitchen opens up into the dining room which has a large table to seat 8 as well as a small bar off the kitchen which can hold 3. The Living-room is well lit and offers a gas fireplace, 42" plasma tv, and plenty of comfortable seating. There's also a balcony over looking the street which you can access through the sliding glass door.

Up the white marble staircase you will find an open loft area. This is also a nice place to kick back and put your feet up or sing a little karaoke as it is furnished with a white leather sofa, marble coffee table, and tv/ dvd/ karaoke machine.

This loft will lead you to our 300 Sqft deck. This space is beautiful by day and by night. During the day you can see the majestic Santa Monica mountains, and the tops of many a palm tree, by night you can star gaze and catch the city lights. The solar tikki torches as well as the small white lights add to the comforting atmosphere. When you're sitting here you just want to take a deep breath and say, "ahhhhh".

There are 3 large bedrooms as well as 2.5 bathes. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, and it's own custom bathroom fully equipped with a double marble sink, jet tub, and glass shower. It also has a small private balcony overlooking the street. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom between them. One bedroom is fit for royalty with a Queen size sleigh bed, matching dressers, & night stands with marble tops, as well as an armoire. The other is furnished with a Queen 4 poster bed & coordinating furniture. This room also opens to its own private patio. Finally, just as you enter our penthouse there is a lovely guest bathroom, and laundry room with new, top of the line front loading machines.

**SAFETY/CONVENIENCE***

This condo is walking distance to nearly everything you may want to do in Santa monica. Close to the 10, & 405 freeways as well as the Pacific Coast Highway. We are just North of Wilshire, close to El Cholo, Melisse, and Rustic Canyon dining. And 4 blocks south of Montana where you will find world famous shopping and eateries. If the beach and Santa Monica Pier are something of interest, this too is only 11 blocks away. Our condo does also offer a gated parking garage (with not 1 but 2 spaces!) to keep a car for longer excursions. as well as a security gate, and elevator for extra privacy.

Finally our home comes complete with wireless internet, & cable. It's a wonderful place to relax, and or entertain. We have rented our home on several occasions and the tenants have loved it. The price works out to $400/day, which is comparable to the higher end hotels in Santa Monica but with MUCH more space, Privacy, & no additional fees for laundry, parking, phone, cleaning service upon departure, or TIPPING!.... in the end you'll save money, while receiving more. Kids are fine, dogs would be considered, but please smoking outside ONLY!
