I have a private room with bath available for rent in my 2-bedrs/2-baths apartment. It's clean, bright and cozy, and it's in a great area on the border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.
The room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk-table and office chair. This would be an ideal situation for a business person coming from out of town - and much less expensive than renting a hotel room (only about 1/4 or 1/3 or the cost).
The bedrooms are located on each side of the unit, separated by the shared kitchen and living room, and has attached baths - providing more privacy. The bathroom has a tub with shower. Additional features: new hardwood/laminate floors, fireplace, refrigerator w/freezer unit, stove, micro oven, central air, high-speed internet, Direct TV/DVR, on site laundry room, and lobby.
The location is in walking distance to grocery stores, the Four Season's Hotel, the Beverly Center shopping mall, the Cedar Sinai Hospital, post office, great restaurants, many clothing/furniture/art stores and coffee shops on trendy Robertson Blvd. It's really the best and most convenient location in LA.
I'm seeking a considerate, responsible, and drug-free person to rent to. Must be a non-smoker to apply. A security deposit is due upon moving in. I work in TV production.
