Very nice two bedrooms apartment, with a living-room, kitchen, and a big terrace also validated as working area.

The apartment is located in the area of “Ermita del Santo”, a quiet area surrounded by gardens, but very close to the centre of the city. Also to a walking distance is located the newly renovated “Paseo del Manzanares”, a new place to enjoy sports or a relaxing walk by the river. There is a commercial centre nearby (100m) with a vast variety of restaurants, gym and swimming pool.

Also in the area (10-10 minutes walking) is the local grounds of the exhibition Centre of La casa de Campo. In this area you will find excellent restaurants, great terraces to enjoy nature, the Zoo Park and the Amusement Park of Madrid. La Casa de Campo is the biggest park in the city of Madrid.

The area is “parking friendly” no need to pay by the hour. Any case you can use a private parking rented by days.

The apartment is near to the metro station , “Puerta del Ángel”, and has also busses close by.

Cancellation policy and change

Rental amount - following rules apply:

Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows:



- 30% of rental non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure
- Notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance;

- Notice given less than 24 hours or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance.

To modify the number of guests: with fewer guests, the remaining balance stays the same;
with more guests, you pay the required supplement on arrival.



To change the number of days: with fewer days, the remaining balance stays the same; with more days, you pay the required additional sum on arrival.



Requesting an apartment change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment; you must make a new booking.



All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

 We recommend that the client purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.
