It has a large entrance foyer, a living room, a dressing area, a kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave + regular appliances)and a bathroom. There are also a TV, a stereo and a DVD player in the apartment.

It is furnished with modern, essential furniture; uncluttered and functional. The apartment is spotless and very quiet. About 500 sf.

There is a beautiful terrace on the roof for the use of all residents with a breathtaking view of Manhattan. Laundry in the building.

This is a beautiful apartment and we ask that our guests be respectful, clean and quiet people. Please, no smoking in the apartment.

We have been renting this property for many years and can provide references upon request.

We prefer monthly rentals.

POLICIES:

Please note that we have a non-refundable policy starting at 90 days prior to check-in. For cancellations made at 90 or more days prior to check-in 100% will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $75, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Deposit is in the form of wire transfer or US check at the time of reservation. No cash. Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive a detailed signed receipt via email. Deposit will be returned upon check-out provided that nothing was damaged.

In case of monthly rentals:
electricity charges will be included up to a maximum of $50 per month (a normal use results in approximately $30/$35 per month). Charges over $50 will be billed to the guests. Guests will be provided with dated electricity bill.
