Sleeps 10. Fully furnished four bedroom with three queen sized beds and one full sized Bed as well as one sleep couch. The apartment is located on 53rd and 3rd avenue, perfect walking distance to time square, united nations, grand central, Central Park, subway, restaurants, and night life. The unit has Brand new floors, large kitchen,high ceilings. 32" plasma flat screen TV with DVD player, cable and high speed wireless internet.All linens, towels, and kitchenware included.

To Book:
1) Please enquire with your dates and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the availability for your dates and apartment type.
2) Once the availability is confirmed, please proceed to pay the booking fees and you will receive our contact details to complete the booking.
3) We will then contact you to give you the instructions for the security deposit to hold the place.
4) Rental payment is processed in cash at the individual property.

If guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a full refund minus a $99 processing fee will be charged.
If guest cancels between 31 & 59 days in advance, a $500 processing fee will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 21 & 30 days in advance, 30% of the total rent or $500, whicever amount is greater, is forfeited and will be charged on your card.
If the reservation is cancelled 21 days or less before arrival , 100% of the total rental stay, is forfeited and will be charged to the card.
However, guest may be able to use a portion of the monies forfeited for a future stay.

Add-on Services

For check ins after 7pm, we charge $10/hour, every hour.

$99 cleaning fee. Deposit is by credit card authorization upon booking. Refundable on check out.
