Sleeps 8. Fully furnished three bedroom in stunning times square. Three windowed full bedrooms with exposed brick and closets with 2 full bathrooms. Living room features a view of thirty feet of exposed brick which includes the long entry foyer. Two sleep couches for your guests. Prime Theater District, Times Square, Midtown West/Hells Kitchen location off eighth Avenue on West 47th Street. Polished floors, gorgeous exposed brick walls, separate eat in kitchen, and high ceilings. 32" plasma flat screen TV with DVD, cable and high speed internet. This apartment is located in the hottest trendy neighborhoods, close to all nightlife, beautiful tree lined street and steps from the subway. Perfect for interns, working professionals, and close to all midtown offices. Short/Long term stays are available.
To Book:
1) Please enquire with your dates and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the availability for your dates and apartment type.
2) Once the availability is confirmed, please proceed to pay the booking fees and you will receive our contact details to complete the booking.
3) We will then contact you to give you the instructions for the security deposit to hold the place.
4) Rental payment is processed in cash at the individual property.
If guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a full refund minus a $99 processing fee will be charged.
If guest cancels between 31 & 59 days in advance, a $500 processing fee will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 21 & 30 days in advance, 30% of the total rent or $500, whicever amount is greater, is forfeited and will be charged on your card.
If the reservation is cancelled 21 days or less before arrival , 100% of the total rental stay, is forfeited and will be charged to the card.
However, guest may be able to use a portion of the monies forfeited for a future stay.
Add-on Services
For check ins after 7pm, we charge $10/hour, every hour.
$99 cleaning fee. Deposit is by credit card authorization upon booking. Refundable on check out.
