All guests are required to call, 1 hour prior of arrival to the location in order to notify the office and the host, who will then provide you with the key to your designated apartment. All guests may be required to provide a major credit card and a valid ID at check in, to provide a temporary hold of $100 on your credit card as a key deposit. This amount will be released back to your account at check out. Cleaning will be provided every 4 days, any additional cleaning service requested will be at an additional cost. Car service from and to the airport can be arranged, tour service, wake up call, chauffeur service, personal assistant and night club guides.

This fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is located at East 86th Street and it is the perfect place for you to call your own during your stay in New York City. This great space boasts high ceilings, oak hardwood floors, and is very bright with large windows that overlook the very elegant 86th Street. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, it is within easy access to a range of amenities and the best dining in town.
You are close to all shopping, Central Park zoo, Rockefeller Center, Museum Mile, Midtown, Times Square and all other attractions the city has to offer. Conveniently located to all major public transportation and 45 minutes to JFK Airport, 30 minutes La Guardia Airport by car.
THE APARTMENT OFFERS:
A double size bed A pull out sofa bed, Freshly ironed linens, towels, and duvets, Cable television and wireless high speed internet connection, Telephone, TV, DVD player, CD stereo, and A/C.
This unit rates at $190/night. I also have other fully furnished 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments available in Manhattan for Daily/Weekly/Monthly stays.
1. A major credit card maybe required upon check-in time at 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
Check-outs are at 11:am, unless otherwise specified by Management, guest will be charged a daily rate for any late check outs.
2. Delivery of the key will only take place during normal business hours. Arrangements will be to deliver the key at any time, provided sufficient notice is given prior to arrival. Lost key charge is $25.00
3. Guests who leave their apartment early will be charged fo full duration of the booking.
4. There will be no refunds given to non-arrivals, stays or deposits.
5. Apartment must be left in a reasonable state upon departure.
