- Host's agency fees are included in the weekly prices.
For the rent from 1 month rental till 40 nights: 30% of one month rent
from 40 nights to 3 months rental: 50% of one month rent
from 3 months to 6 months: 75% of one month rent
from 6 months to 9 months: one month rent
from 9 months to one year rent: 10% of the rent

- Telephone calls are not included in the rental price and has to be paid separately.
- Gas and Electricity are included in the rental price if the staying period is less than 3 weeks.
- The amount of the security deposit mentioned in the agreement has to be paid upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if there are no damages in the apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is within 2 weeks of check in, we will refund 50% of payment.
If cancellation is within 3 days of check in, NO REFUNDS.
