Metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and RER A and B are within 300m around the flat. You have access from the doorstep to 7 subway lines and can also reach any part of the city within 20-25 minutes.
The sleeping rooms (20 sqm and 14 sqm) give onto tiny Rue Pernelle and are therefore very quiet. The entire flat is 81sqm (ie 870 sqft).
