Description

Bright and quiet, the apartment is located on the second floor of a recently restructured 18th century building.

It is composed of one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a mezzanine area furnished with another single bed (120x190), a sitting room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (160x190), a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the sitting room and a large bathroom with bath and shower.

All the windows are doubled glazed and thus eliminate all noise from outside, even though the area is extremely quiet.

The flat is furnished with antique furniture and paintings: even the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are of authentic 19th century Sicilian manufacture.

All the facilities are approved to Italian standards and have been recently reviewed.

The apartment can sleep up to 6 people and is fitted with air conditioning, an autonomous heating system, satellite television and a washing machine. Bed and bathroom linen is supplied..

* Please note that the price can change according to the number of people and the period.
Prices, given in Euro, are intended per night, per apartment. A minimum stay between three and six nights is required (depending on the periods). Children (0-6 years) pay half price. Unless otherwise specified, prices are always inclusive of:
- bed linen and bathroom towels (which will be changed weekly)
- kitchenware and the exclusive use of the kitchen
- services and systems (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning)
- cleaning before and after the stay
- VAT

Cancellation policy

The following penalties will be applied for cancellation or date changes or apartment changes:
* from the booking date and up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the total amount for the stay
* from 19 to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the total amount for the stay
* less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total amount for the stay
* after check in day: 100% of the total amount for the stay
If the booking is cancelled by the company, we will take care to inform you immediately of the fact and propose alternative accommodation for you of equal or higher level.
Should you decide not to accept our proposal and where it is not possible for the company to provide alternative accommodation to suit your requirements, you will be refunded of the entire advance payment.

Add-on Services

The following EXTRA services are available upon request (the cost indicated is to be added to the whole price just once, not per night):
- USB flash drive for Internet service €3 per hour (to take in the office leaving a cautionary deposit);
- laptop PC with USB flash drive for Internet service: € 5/hour (to take in our office leaving a cautionary deposit);
- check-in by night or early morning (22.00-09.00) €20
- change of additional towels and sheets up to 5 persons €35
- additional cleaning service up to 5 persons €40 (please ask for it at the moment of the booking).
- taxi service on request with fee.
