Our Ashbury Heights Studio offers a central location and chic design. The property is located just above the dynamic Haight Ashbury and within three blocks of the vibrant Cole Valley commercial district. You can find public transport just out your door and Golden Gate Park is a five minute walk from the unit. The newly renovated property offers both comfort and sleek elegance.
Upon entering the unit you will find the living room with a gas fireplace and a seating area. There is an entire wall of windows providing the space with great natural light. There is a Queen sized bed in an alcove. The kitchen features a bar style counter top with two stools and is fully stocked, including a dishwasher.
The bathroom is large and fully tiled. There is a changing area in the bathroom.
This unit is perfect for a couple or single person. We can also accommodate up to four people using the full sized sleeper couch in the living room. The property offers very easy access to other parts of the City by car or public transport. The Muni Metro is three blocks from the Suite. There is a market and cafe across the street.
This unit requires a minimum 30-day occupancy.
Smoking Policy
All vacation rentals are non-smoking; including decks, patios, and pool side locations. Evidence of guests smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

Personal Conduct Policy
To preserve the quality of atmosphere for our neighbors we ask the each guest exercise fair judgment and monitor their noise levels. Parties or social functions with multiple or loud guests may result in immediate eviction. Please observe our daily quiet time from 9PM - 8AM.
Damage Policy
Any and all damage, item removal, or loss of value of any and all amenities, furnishings, or physical structure, will be the full responsibility of the credit card bearer. We reserve the right to reimburse any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or loss due to the negligent conduct of guests. This includes the misuse of items resulting in their repair or replacement. Please review the house guide for complete instructions of intended use.
The gourmet kitchen is completely updated and fully stocked. There is a full sized refrigerator and stove as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom is elegant with a large shower and marble counter tops. There is generous closet space.
Public transport is located two blocks away from the unit. Restaurants and shopping in the exciting Cole Valley neighborhood are a five-minute walk from the unit. Golden Gate Park is a ten-minute walk from Golden Gate Vista. The property is located near the University of California at for those visiting for academic or medical reasons.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee.
Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the unit can be re-rented.
San Francisco Hotel Tax
All rates are subject to a City Hotel Tax of 14%. This tax is NOT applied to reservations over 29 days.
Cleaning Fees, Excessive Use
There are NO additional charges associated with reservations that are 13 or less days. The cleaning fee has been applied to your nightly rate. Guests staying more than 14 days are subject to a $65 per week cleaning fee. This service includes fresh towels, linen, soaps, and papers.
