Description
The Telegraph Hill Cottage located less than a mile from Fisherman's Wharf is a charming sunlit abode in one of San Francisco's most interesting and desirable neighborhoods. The Cottage is nicely appointed to make your visit comfortable and pleasant. The Telegraph Hill Cottage also offers true privacy in a secure setting. Though located on a quiet street, the Telegraph Hill Cottage is a ten minute walk to the bustling activity of North Beach and Chinatown.
You will walk up a short flight of stairs to access the unit. As you enter you will notice a full bank of windows on the opposite side framing the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The couch in the living room is a pull out full sized bed. To the right of the entrance hallway there is a full bathroom. As you continue down the hallway you will find the bedroom with a Queen sized bed.
The Cottage with it's thoughtful design and excellent location make for truly special accommodations for your next stay in San Francisco.
Smoking Policy
All vacation rentals are non-smoking; including decks, patios, and pool side locations. Evidence of guests smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

Personal Conduct Policy
To preserve the quality of atmosphere for our neighbors we ask the each guest exercise fair judgment and monitor their noise levels. Parties or social functions with multiple or loud guests may result in immediate eviction. Please observe our daily quiet time from 9PM - 8AM.
Damage Policy
Any and all damage, item removal, or loss of value of any and all amenities, furnishings, or physical structure, will be the full responsibility of the credit card bearer. We reserve the right to reimburse any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or loss due to the negligent conduct of guests. This includes the misuse of items resulting in their repair or replacement. Please review the house guide for complete instructions of intended use.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee.
Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the unit can be re-rented.
San Francisco Hotel Tax
All rates are subject to a City Hotel Tax of 14%. This tax is NOT applied to reservations over 29 days.
Cleaning Fees, Excessive Use
There are NO additional charges associated with reservations that are 13 or less days. The cleaning fee has been applied to your nightly rate. Guests staying more than 14 days are subject to a $65 per week cleaning fee. This service includes fresh towels, linen, soaps, and papers.
We loved the 'cottage'! Excellent location; clean throughout. A couple of suggestions: it is NOT convenient to pick up the key and drop off the key at Casa Buena Vista. Also, the TV remote as seen much better days and it is not costly to replace. The mattress on the pull-out could use replacement. Again, not a costly item to replace. We would definitely stay here again!
