Description
My house is a lovely, little bungalow on a quiet street in East York (east end of Greater Toronto). I have Stan Wadlow Park and Community Centre at the end of my street with a public pool in the summer. The room is a large carpeted room in the bsmt with two futons (one as a bed, one as a couch) with desk, chair, end tables, coffee table, tv, dvd/vcr player, alarm clock, bookcases, stereo radio & closet. The 4 piece washroom is shared on the main floor. Internet is available for use with your laptop. Lovely deck out back with flowers and vegetable gardens in the summer. Smoking is allowed outside. Use of washer/dryer with soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets is $5 per load. 3 meals can be included for $20 per day. Double occupancy is $40 per day. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Subway/Danforth with shopping/restaurants. 25 minutes transit to Downtown core.
