We have 2 furnished rooms, one with a queen sized bed ($545/month), one with single sized bed ($470/month), cabled tv, internet access, desk, and closet.
olympic rate (feb 1-mar 20) the one with a queen bed is 70/day, the one with a single bed is 50/day.

Room with queen bed - $39/night.
$545/month + 5% processing and booking fee.
Room with single bed -
$470/month + 5% processing and booking fee.
The 2 rooms are in a house where we, as the owners, will spend some evenings there, as we have another home in north vancouver. so you are using the whole house almost to yourself, using the kitchen, laundry, living room, etc.
Shared bath between these 2 rooms.
Cleaning service provided to common areas weekly. Located at 13 ave and 128 street. 15 min walk to Scott road station or 6 mins on bus (route C71 to/from Scott Road station). There is parking.
