NO refunds on bookings without ample notice to host.
Refunds honored as follows if host is able to secure replacement:
Cancellation fee of $150 applies to stays of 3 or more nights
Cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of booking applies to stays under 3 nights
Month to month clients: minimum full month's notice required; cancellation fee is void
Notice to host given 29 days or less: $150 host cancellation fee; guest will be refunded amount host was able to secure in replacement by check out time

Wonderful house with great interiors. Classic, private and very comfortable. Katarina takes care of her guests and makes you feel most welcome. Great location in Adams Morgan! I plan on staying there again!
