This is a cosy, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, and a brand new kitchen for rent in Arlington, Virginia. There is a round dining table that marries the kitchen and living room (built in eating area). Condo is on the first floor of a garden style building, walk out to grassy court yard with trees and benches right outside the door.

There is plenty of parking on the street and one assigned parking spots outside your window. A very short cab ride into the city - walking distance to GTown and Rossyln and Court House metros; many restaurants, food shopping and other entertainment.

In the storage area two bikes (man and woman). Potomac bike/run trail outside your doorstep that goes to DC or Virginia (National airport to watch planes land!) - and hooks into the Bethesda path.

Sheets, towels, coffee, tea all included.
