Cancellation policy:
Cancellations prior to arrival must be submitted in writing. Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to Arrival Date are not subject to a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled on less than 30 days notice prior to Arrival Date are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total apartment rent for the balance of the Reservation term and not less than $100. Reservations cancelled on less than 15 days notice prior to Arrival Date shall result in full payment of the apartment rent. After arrival, departures prior to the Departure Date noted on the Guest Agreement or any extended period agreed upon by the parties shall result in full payment of the apartment rent regardless of determination
