Conveniently located on Capitol Hill, this apartment is 1.5 miles from the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, Union Station and the east side of the National Mall. While a little farther than most would want to walk to access the sights of Washington, the X8 bus line stops across the street, traveling to Union Station and the National Mall in about 10 minutes.

Business travelers can access the Convention Center, Senate Offices, the K Street business district, Judiciary Square and Dupont Circle with easy transfer to the Metro system at Union Station. For those traveling to DC by car, reserved off street parking is available for $15/nt
