The unit is located on the second floor of a traditional 2 story DC row house.

The living room of the unit faces Pennsylvania Ave with 2 large windows allowing plenty of natural light. The apartment is completely renovated and includes a modern galley kitchen with full sized refrigerator, and stove/oven combination. A dishwasher was sacrificed to provide room for in-unit laundry facilities.

A full bath with traditional bathtub and shower combination is located just off the bedroom, furnished with a Queen sized bed.

Extra amenities include: Wireless Internet access, LCD Television mounted over the decorative fireplace in the living room, with cable, central, individually controlled AC/Heat.

A small but private rear deck. Off Street parking available for additional fee.
