The Abigail Christy English Garden Basement Apartment is located at 13th & T Streets, NW.

The Metro is 2 blocks north of the house, the Green/Yellow lines at the U. Street/Cardozo station. Ride 2 stations to the Convention Center or 4 stations to the Smithsonian & National Mall.

The apartment includes a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, TV with cable, & WiFi. All bed & bath linens are provided.

Enter the apartment and you'll find yourself in the main living space - the large living room and kitchen area at the front of the unit. A comfortable sofa and two chairs, tucked into the front bay window, make a cozy sitting area.

The sofa opens to a full-size bed, should you need it for extra guests.

TV with Satellite reception and high speed Internet access are provided.

The eat in kitchen includes gas stove/oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.
All cooking and eating utensils are provided.

A great farm table and a breakfast bar allows for flexible places to enjoy your meals. In the back of the apartment you'll find the bedroom, with a queen-size bed.

The apartment requires a three night minimum stay for all reservations.

All bed and bath linens are provided for your stay. The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure, however there is no housekeeping during your stay. You have exclusive use of the space, including the kitchen. No meals are served.
