Access to the Metro is a short 3 blocks away for the U Street/Cardozo station and the 14th Street bus line (52, 53, 54) is only a few feet away from your front door.

The unit offers approximately 450 square feet of living space. A private entrance brings you into the living area furnished with a cozy sofa placed under the front bay windows. The sofa opens to a double sized bed for extra guests. This living area includes a LCD TV with cable.

To your right is the fully equipped kitchen which includes a full sized refrigerator, apartment sized electric stove and oven, junior dishwasher, and ample Corian counter top space. Smaller appliances include microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender.

At the rear of the space, is the sleeping area with exposed brick walls, ceiling fan with a Queen sized wrought iron bed and additional LCD TV with cable.

The bath is located just off the sleeping area. The bath is a shower only unit.

Laundry facilities are tucked into one of 2 closets. The second closet is a walk in, with bureau and ample hanging space.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wireless Internet access and available reserved off street parking for $20 per night.

For the warmer months, air conditioning is provided by a quiet wall unit with individual control.

NOTE: Price is based on occupancy of 2 persons. There is a $25 per night charge for each additional person. A 14.5% DC loging tax will be added to the total rental.
