This apartment offers an apartment sized washer and dryer. There is a comfortable sofa, and writing desk.

The apartment is located 2 blocks from the U. Street/Cardozo Metro station on the green line subway. Enjoy the numerous restaurants, shopping; nightclubs, live theatre, pharmacies and grocery stores are all located in the neighborhood.

The city's Metro system is less than 2 blocks from the home with a short 2 stop ride to Washington's new Convention Center, or 2 additional stops to the National Mall featuring the Smithsonian Museums, Monuments, White House and U.S. Capitol.

The neighborhood is filled with many excellent restaurant options including Ben's Chili Bowl, Starbucks, Thai Tanic, Mar de Plata and Cafe St-Ex. Several of Washington's hippest nightclubs are just a couple of blocks away on 14th street.
