July 06, 2010   Mema We stayed at this condo for two weeks and our granddaughters were with us, 14 & 12. The condo was great. The neighbor hood may not have been the greatest, but we never experience any problems even with our car parked out side every night. It was about 2 miles to the Capitol which was handy. We were able to eat breakfast and some dinners in, which saved us a lot of money verses staying in a hotel. We prefer to stay in apartments when we travel so we have more than just a room to live in.

June 21, 2010   Teacher704 The condo suite is located in the Trinidad area of Washington, DC. Not the best part of town, but fortunately, we did not experience any criminal activity. Watch out for the "extra fees" that are not listed...be sure to ask about them beforehand. The condo was very nice and clean. "FREE" parking is on the street.
