August 20, 2010   Theresawagner 8/17/10 My husband and I had a great stay in this cute studio apartment. Great quiet,location and parking is available across the street at the park.Any restaraunt you can think of is walking distance from the place. coffee shop, coffee to the people on masonic Great little market for any need you have on your way up the hill to the apartment. Great location,apartment,and price. I will come back and tell my family and friends.

August 27, 2010   Onegin We have some remarks as to the handling of our reservation by Casa Buena Vista. July 25th, 3 days before leaving for my holiday in the States they advised me that the apartment in Pierce Street was no longer available due to plumbing problems. After several emails I sent to them and one to you asking for assistance, on Aug. 7th they assigned another apartment in Montgomery street, bigger and near downtown. Nothing to say about the apartment, but we would have appreciate a more prompt solution to the inconvenience created. Further I suggest more attention to hosts travelling by car: for example temporary park permit.

August 04, 2010   Damian This was a fantastic listing in beautiful North Beach. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything there is to offer in the area. The apartment was clean and full of personality. Nearby coin-op laundry make this an easy long term rental, and the charm of the back patio and large glass doors makes sunny days all the better.

July 10, 2010   Stevengalanis We loved the apartment, it was clean and contained everything we needed and more. The host allowed a late checkout to accommodate our luggage which was fantastic. Location was extremely close to all restaurants, shops and store. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to visit San Fran.

June 30, 2010   Minadog Great location, quaint little apartment right next to Buena Vista park. Haight Street is two blocks away and the Castro district is a 5 minute bus ride. Contrary to posting, parking is not included with the location, but there is ample street parking, so it was not a problem. Kitchen was fully stocked and ready for making fabulous meals in house. Definitely felt like a "home" away from home.

December 28, 2009   Nspurdy We loved the 'cottage'! Excellent location; clean throughout. A couple of suggestions: it is NOT convenient to pick up the key and drop off the key at Casa Buena Vista. Also, the TV remote as seen much better days and it is not costly to replace. The mattress on the pull-out could use replacement. Again, not a costly item to replace. We would definitely stay here again!
