I would strongly recommend this place to anyone planning to rent a place in Toronto for a short stay. It is extremely comfortable, very close to 24 hour bus service and the Victoria Park subway station, and is a stone's throw away from a 24 hour supermarket. The room has all amenities: high speed internet, satellite TV, fridge, microwave, hotplate and laundry facilities. The hostess is very nice and will make you feel at home. The convenient location, presence of all facilities and the good price make this one of the best places to rent in Toronto.

The bachelor is located in a good and safe neighbourhood. Though the shower is a bit small for a 260 pounder I could just squeezee in. Further more everything you need is available: Microwave, toaster, fridge, furnace, plates, towels, linnen, tv highspeed ineternet and even a walk in closet. The bus stops right in front of the door. And takes you downtown in no time. I enjoyed my stay and was well taken care of by the hostess.

Good and not expensive service. Unit is really close to subway and there are several supermarkets nearby. I recommend this unit for students, young professionals and other visitors to Toronto.

Room is basic but complete with TV, internet and kitchenette. It is also near public transportation. Host is wonderful and helpful. Well worth for the price!

I think this place definitely is hotel-and-motel killer because it offers a good price which is much lower than motel and hotel and it also provides everything that we need that you can get it from those.

Clean and far more spacious than I expected, especially for $30 nightly! There is a lovely little covered deck outside the entrance. Host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and saved a ton of money this way!
