The location is in walking-distance to nice grocery stores (open 24 hrs), the Four Season's Hotel, the Beverly Center shopping mall,  Cedar Sinai Hospital, post office, wonderful restaurants, and great shopping/furniture/art stores and coffee shops on trendy Robertson Blvd. It's really the best and most central and convenient location in LA!

I'm seeking a considerate, responsible, non-smoking and drug-free person to rent to.  A small security deposit and rent is due upon moving in.  I work in TV production, and enjoy meeting people from all over the world by sharing my home.
