Great, central location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apt is spotless. The only thing that could be better: it rained at night and could hear the rain falling on the ac unit making a loud, annoying sound.

I enjoyed staying at the Pennsylvanis House for eight weeks It enjoys great location, 3 minutes to Metro station, 15 minutes to Georgetown, and Trader Joe's is just across the street. Circulator Bus stops just in front. My unit did not have any problem. It was equipped with full kitchen, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. It is true that the building is old, some maintenance works are going on, and I encountered little bugs, nonetheless I think this is a greatr bargain. Internet worked fine, too. Staffs are helpful. If I asked something, they responded quickly. Obviously, this is not a hotel, and you should not expect full hotel like servie, but it is an ideal place for person like me who needs a secure, conveninent place for reasonable rate.

The place is really well situated. The apartement is clean but not very cosy - could have some drapes in the windows and some books on the shelves...! Some lightbulbs have to be replaced and there should be some towels in the kitchen to wash glasses etc. THe A/C unit will soon have to be removed as it is getting colder... Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.
