Imaan was extremely helpful and I recommend her for her diligence, advice, patience and follow up. The Bayswater location was ideal - two tube stops within easy walking distance (Circle-District & Central lines) and probably over two dozen reasonably priced restaurants within three blocks - so good we hardly used the kitchen. The accommodations were as described, the beds comfortable with sparkling sheets that stayed tucked in and everything was clean.

Great room. Recently refurbished. Only drawback was it was at the top of the building with 8 flights of stairs and no lift - a struggle with a heavy suitcase. Would definately stay again (on a lower floor!)

Fantastic stay in London, fantastic stay in this marvellous apartment, supernice hosts. The apartment is very clean, well linked to the center of the city with buses and tube. Supermarket and grocery store nearby.

This is a great place! The flat is incredibly charming, and very comfortable for four people. The location is great...a little outside of the city center, but lots to do within walking distance, very close to transportation and close to neighborhoods that tourists would normally not get to see. Imaan was very easy to work with (even came early on New Years Day to check us out)! Highly recommended!
