SF VACATION RENTALS is unethical and doing things illegally!!!! Annette sent me a different contract than Roomorama did and at the end of my stay, I pulled up the Roomorama contract by mistake and overstayed by one night. Annette was furious with me and she told me that I had lost her next sale and she had to refund the entire amount to the visitors who were going to stay at the Gardenview Hideeaway after me. I can understand if she charged me an extra night's stay, but instead, she charged my debit card with $900!!! The entire amount that she was charging the next customer!!! Now I am having to fight this unauthorized charge. Left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
