We were very happy with this place, the house was warm and comfortable, affordable, and in an amazing area surrounded by lots of cool shops and cafe's. Loved the fact it was so close to SOHO, Chinatown and Little Italy and the train station. Host was very welcoming and gave us notes about some places to check out, very helpful! (also has great views from the top of the building) - I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Fred's place is a great location, and is very neat and tidy. He was very helpful and stayed in touch to check all was OK. I'd highly recommend staying at his place.
